Core Service Offerings
Specialist support across your cross-border business
International Information Reporting & Cross-Border Compliance
Protect your entity from costly failure-to-file penalties.
Foreign-owned U.S. entities — Forms 5472 and 1120 pro forma
We assess related-party reporting for foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and applicable 25%-foreign-owned corporations, including capital contributions, loans and reimbursements. Zero revenue does not necessarily mean no filing obligation. An incomplete or missing required Form 5472 can trigger an initial $25,000 penalty.
Foreign corporations and subsidiaries — Form 5471
We prepare applicable schedules, including C, F, J and M, reconcile intercompany transactions and review Subpart F and other applicable foreign-income inclusions and related Form 8992 reporting.
Other cross-border disclosures
Support for Form 926 outbound property transfers and BEA Forms BE-12 and BE-13, where applicable. BOI reporting is assessed under current FinCEN rules: U.S.-created companies are exempt; qualifying foreign-formed entities registered in the U.S. may still have obligations.
IRS Delinquency Recovery & Penalty Abatement
Received a CP215 or Form 5472 penalty notice? We help you dispute it.
Reasonable Cause petitions
We review the notice and filing history, assemble supporting records, and prepare fact-based defense letters addressing ordinary business care and the applicable IRS standards. Abatement is subject to IRS review and cannot be guaranteed.
Delinquent international information returns
We assess the appropriate filing procedure, reconstruct missing records and prepare back-year returns. Late filing does not automatically remove penalties.
IRS account transcript and EIN resolution
Assistance with account transcripts, Form 147C EIN verification requests, misapplied payments and account correspondence, subject to the required authorization.
Multi-Currency Bookkeeping & Financial Statement Reconciliation
Tax-ready books every single month.
Global currency conversions
Translation and reconciliation of transactions and bank accounts in KES, EGP, GBP, EUR, CAD and other currencies, using exchange-rate methods appropriate to the accounting and tax reporting requirements.
Intercompany loan tracking
Document and reconcile transfers between parent companies, subsidiaries and founders, with review of interest, applicable federal rates and arm’s-length requirements.
Continuous tax alignment
Monthly reconciliations and financial statements structured for tax preparation, reducing year-end cleanup. OTG Pro starts at $399 per month and includes year-round advisory and the agreed annual tax return.
Corporate & LLC Tax Preparation
Strategic tax structuring that keeps capital in your company.
U.S. C-Corporations — Form 1120
Preparation for operating companies and high-growth startups, including research-cost treatment, applicable Section 250 deductions, net operating loss carryforwards and state nexus review. Corporate annual filing starts at $799.
Partnerships and multi-member LLCs — Form 1065
Capital account maintenance, Schedule K-1 reporting and review of foreign-partner withholding and Forms 8804, 8805, K-2 and K-3, as applicable.
State franchise and corporate compliance
Delaware Franchise Tax method comparisons for corporations, state filing reviews and coordination of multi-state qualification requirements. The appropriate calculation depends on entity type and records.
Founder Formation, Elections & Governance
Get your entity structure right from Day One.
83(b) elections and ITIN support
Review restricted-equity transfers promptly: an 83(b) election generally must be filed within 30 days after the property transfer. We also support eligible non-U.S. founders with ITIN applications where a U.S. tax purpose exists.
Entity classifications and elections
Review Form 8832 classification choices and Form 2553 S-Corporation eligibility against ownership, tax residence and investor requirements. Nonresident alien shareholders generally cannot own S-Corporation stock.
Corporate governance
Support for annual resolutions, officer records and meeting documentation, with legal coordination where required.
